General information about the service
Solibo AS (org.no. 920 800 572) is responsible for the operation and delivery of Solibo Home. The service is available to boards, owners, and residents of housing associations or similar organizations that have entered into a management agreement with Solibo.
Solibo Home functions as a digital communication platform between board members and residents/owners, as well as among residents/owners.
You can use the service via website or mobile app (iOS and Android). Your use of Solibo Home requires the processing of your personal data and requires a valid management agreement between your housing association and Solibo.
Data processing
As an integrated part of the management agreement with your housing association, Solibo Home retrieves information from Solibo's systems, such as building data and owner information.
All information is stored by Solibo. You may request access to or deletion of your user account on Solibo Home at any time. Please note that owner information related to your property cannot be deleted, and uninstalling the app does not result in the deletion of your user account.

User registration
When first logging in with email or phone number, a user account is created, which is considered acceptance of these terms. Your contact information is linked to existing data at Solibo.
Tenants, co-residents, and property managers can request access or be invited by the board or owners in the housing association.
You must use your actual name and report any incorrect information immediately. It is possible to upload a profile picture for easier identification and better interaction between users.
Persons over 15 years of age can use the service and consent to the processing of personal data. Minors cannot cast votes at digital annual meetings themselves - this must be done through a guardian.
Content publication
All published content is displayed with full name or role title. You are personally responsible for content you publish, unless you do so on behalf of the board. Posts should be polite, factual, and free from personal attacks or other inappropriate content.
By accepting these terms, you agree to the board's right to moderate or remove any content.
Privacy considerations
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Solibo's privacy statement, applicable privacy legislation, and the data processing agreement between the housing association and Solibo. Solibo has a duty of confidentiality regarding personal matters in accordance with the Housing Cooperative Act ยง 13-1 (1), but may disclose data to the board or as required by authorities or courts.
Cookies
Solibo Home uses session-based cookies to store necessary information while you are logged in. These are deleted upon logout.
The service also collects anonymous usage statistics for improvement purposes.
Terms of use
All activity on Solibo Home must comply with these terms of use and Norwegian law. Misuse includes threats, encouragement of criminal acts, personal harassment, or harassment. Such content may be removed without notice.
Although Solibo has technical access to all content, we do not routinely monitor or moderate. However, we reserve the right to delete content following legal orders or in cases of obvious violations of law or terms.
Solibo may implement necessary measures against misuse, including deletion or blocking of users, without entitlement to compensation.
Changes
Solibo reserves the right to change both the terms of use and the functionality of the service.Limitation of liability
As a user, you are responsible for content you publish. Solibo is not responsible for content published on the platform unless Solibo itself is the sender.
Solibo disclaims responsibility for damages, costs, or losses related to your use of the service, including direct and indirect losses or consequential damages. Our delivery responsibility is regulated in the management agreement with the housing association.

Disputes are sought to be resolved amicably. If agreement is not reached, the case may be brought before ordinary courts with Oslo District Court as the venue.
